Built for organizations
ProLynk brings the public-facing experience and everyday administration together without forcing every organization into the same model.
Present your name, story, location, logo, banner, and active services in one recognizable organization profile.
Define services, pricing, locations, and availability so clients can move from discovery into the existing ProLynk booking flow.
Publish updates and notify joined members so important announcements do not get lost across disconnected channels.
Turn on relevant sections such as Events, Volunteer, and Live while leaving unrelated capabilities out of the member experience.
A direct community connection
When clients join your organization in ProLynk, they can return to a familiar community home instead of searching for the same information again.
Your community, in context
Services that work at organization scale
Set shared provider capacity for your organization while keeping individual professional availability and booking behavior unchanged.
Add clear descriptions, pricing, duration, service location, and custom-quote availability.
Choose available time slots and how many providers can serve clients during the same slot.
Receive organization bookings through the established request, communication, and status experience.
A focused admin workspace
Dedicated tabs keep profile details, services, updates, optional capabilities, and payment offerings organized while following the same visual patterns used across ProLynk.
Instant payments pilot
Selected pilot organizations can publish payment offerings for needs that do not require a provider, appointment, or request-and-accept workflow.
Offer suggested amounts or allow a member to enter an amount within organization-defined limits.
Create fixed-price or option-based opportunities such as program sponsorships and community support packages.
Give the buyer and organization the same payment reference, status, receipt, and transaction history.
A generic foundation
The foundation stays consistent while each organization chooses the services, language, and optional sections that make sense for its community.
Services, announcements, volunteering, events, live links, contributions, and sponsorships.
Member updates, programs, event links, community services, and registrations as capabilities expand.
Public information, scheduled services, program discovery, and a direct member connection.
A branded presence with configurable actions instead of a one-size-fits-all organization template.
