Online card bookings
The applicable ProLynk fee is charged after eligible work is completed. Standard Stripe payment-processing fees are separate.
Direct-pay bookings
Clients pay ProLynk a 5% booking fee in the app, with a $3 minimum and $200 cap, then pay you the service amount directly after service using the agreed method. No direct-pay fee is charged to you, and direct-pay bookings do not count toward the founding online-booking offer.

Straight answers for Pros
Do I pay for leads or quote requests?
No. Creating your profile, receiving requests, and responding to custom quote opportunities do not carry a ProLynk lead fee.
When does ProLynk charge its fee?
For eligible online card bookings, the applicable platform fee is assessed after completion. The app shows booking economics and status throughout the flow. Stripe processing fees are separate.
How does the founding offer work?
Eligible new Pros receive a 0% ProLynk platform fee on their first 3 completed online bookings and 4% on the next 2. Standard terms and eligibility rules apply; direct-pay bookings do not count toward the offer.
Can I control when clients book me?
Yes. ProLynk includes availability and booking controls so you can set open hours and manage confirmed work. Available options may differ by service setup.
Does my phone number become visible to clients?
No. A verified support number is kept private from the client and is available only to authorized ProLynk administrators for booking-related assistance. Saving it for reuse is optional.
